Finnish Information Centre for Register Research
The Finnish information centre for register research – retki
ReTki is a research infrastructure with aims to promote the use of national registers for research purposes.
ReTki’s activities within THL were put down on March 31th 2012 but were reopened on August 18th 2012 on a new foundation. During the fall of 2012 ReTki received funding from the Social Insurance Institution and was hosted by the National Archives. In 2013 the centre continues its work at the National Archives by the funding of the Academy of Finland.
ReTki’s web pages were moved into a new platform during the shutdown of the operation at THL. The contents of these new pages are basicly the same as they were at the end of March 2012. The pages will be gradually updated.
